What are the implications of exceeding the 1 minute interval between adding the lysate into the reaction tube and beginning the run in the ANSR® Machine?

The reaction starts as soon as the liquid is mixed so if the user takes longer than 1 minute to add the lysate and then start the run, the reading will start at a much higher level thus affecting the curve and therefore the results.
