Are there any issues with taking from the bottom of the tube when removing lysed sample from the cluster tubes?

We recommend that when removing 50 μL of lysed sample from the lysis tubes that users take from the top third of the lysis tube. This is to avoid pipetting any lysed cell debris and food matrix debris that may have settled at the bottom of the tube. The debris that settles at the bottom of the tube can interfere with the assay and cause invalids.
